Help for Testbolaget Demo

Start and log in.

1. Open your own company address. Accounts and invitations belong to that company.
2. If you receive an invitation via e-mail, open the link and create your password. A user invitation cannot be used again; ask admin to send a new if the link has gone out.
3. Choose Log in Enter the email and password. On a new device, you confirm your login with the verification code sent to your email.
4. If the code does not appear, check the waste post and use Send a new code. The code is valid for five minutes.

Remember this device for 30 days can be used on your own device to avoid a new code at each login. Password is still needed. Do not use this on a shared device. Public office registration is closed; the company’s admin invites you.

Book and manage your passports

1. opened Bookings and schedule. The mobile is Schedule In the fast menu at the bottom.
2. Choose the day with Previous, Today, Next or the date field.
3. Välj en aktiv, ledig bil i ditt företag. Dagpass och nattpass är snabbval. Anpassa start- och sluttid efter behov, högst 24 timmar. Nya pass ska börja i framtiden.
4. Press on Book when all data is filled. The system controls that the car is free and stops overlaping times.

For several driving days you open Book multiple days in the booking panel. Choose the car, the first and last date, mark the days of the week, choose day pass or night pass and check the list before confirming. Example: Monday–Thursday with night shifts creates four separate 5–5 p.m. shifts with an end time the next morning. If a single day is busy, no passes are saved.

Faster navigation: On the home page, you choose directly Book Pass or Available cars. Under Schedule for the selected day you can search by car model/registration number and filter by location, for example Malmö or Helsingborg. On mobile, the four most important sections are in the menu at the bottom, while My account and Help are under the menu at the top.

My passport Show your reservations for the selected day. Open a passport to see the available actions, such as changing, copying or deleting your booking. A copied booking also requires a free, valid time.

Available cars shows availability for all active cars within the company with a weekly and monthly overview. No pre-assignment required.

Car selection and station location

No active cars means that the company's admin needs to add or activate a car. An inactive or occupied car cannot be booked for the same time.

All active cars that are available can be selected within your own haulage company without the administrator first assigning you the car. The haulier's admin can also mark favorite cars in the user list, but this does not limit which active cars you can book.

Below the car's name is displayed place of stationing, for example Malmö or Helsingborg. The station location is entered manually by the haulier's admin, is not a live GPS position and does not change bookings already made. Contact admin if it needs to be changed.

Private messages to colleagues and hauliers

opened Messages, select recipient and write. Only you and the selected person can read the conversation. Other drivers, and non-participating administrators, are not granted access.

For booking questions, you can open your booking and choose Write privately about this booking. Such threads are only connected between the driver of the booking and the selected admin. Email notifications can be sent without revealing the text. WhatsApp is not yet activated.

The note is visible only to you and your fleet administrators.

Saving the car parking space

Save the location while standing beside the parked car. This is your device’s location rather than a GPS tracker in the car.

1. opened Parking locationsor Location in the fast menu. Choose the right car and open. Parking location.
2. Press on Get my GPS location and allow site access in the browser.
3. Check the coordinates, the specified accuracy and link Check on the map.
4. Please write one Parking note, till exempel våning, platsnummer eller vilken entré som är närmast. The parking location may be shown, but other drivers’ names and parking notes are hidden.
5. Press on Saving parking for The right car. The position is saved only then. Cancel leave the previously saved place unchanged.

You can save a new position for an active car that you have a pass for in the near term. The next save replaces the previous one; no position history is displayed.

Find the car before the next pass.

The parking location may be shown, but other drivers’ names and parking notes are hidden.

Delete location deletes the saved location after confirmation. Drivers see the company's active cars and can update the parking space with their own pass in real time. Admin has access to all the company's cars.

Precision, Integrity and Error Resolution

• GPS accuracy varies. A warning appears when accuracy is worse than about 50 metres. Go outside, get a new location and check the map before saving.
• GPS normally does not distinguish on the floors of a parking house. Add the floor and location number to the note.
• Activate platform services on your device and allow location access to the company’s HTTPS address. JavaScript needs to be inserted. If the savings say that the position is too old, get a new one.
• The location is not automatically updated when the car is moving. Always check when it was last saved.
• There is no continuous GPS tracking. Your location is retrieved when you press the button and is sent to the system only when you save it.
• Google Maps opens as an external service with the stored coordinates when you follow the map link.

Install the app on a mobile, tablet or computer

Open your company’s own HTTPS address and select Install app in the menu. When the browser supports the installation dialogue, you can confirm there. Otherwise you will follow the steps below.

Android

Open the page in Chrome and select Install app in the page menu. You can also use the browser menu and choose Install and create shortcut Followed by Installor Add to Home screen. The name may vary between browsers.

iPhone and iPad

Open the page in Safari, select Share from the page menu or share button, then select Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if this option appears, then confirm with Add.

Computer

Use the installation button in Chrome or Edge when it appears, or the corresponding selection in the browser menu.

This is an installable web app with its own icon and app window, not a separate download from the App Store or Google Play. Install each company’s app from its own address. The web app updates when you are online.

You need an internet connection to log in, view current bookings and save a parking location. When the connection fails, an offline page is shown; bookings and locations are not queued in the background. Installing the app does not change your permissions or bypass passwords, verification codes or location permissions.
